What do you do at JABS Group?

During my Bachelor of Financial Management and Service, I was required to do an internship in an optional organization. Therefore, I started at JABS Group as an intern in the Finance Department in 2018. Luckily for me, I became a Student Assistant when my internship ended. As a Student Assistant, I learned more about and found out what my focus within Finance should be.

Today I work as a Business Controller. One of my main focuses is to make sure that the organization always has the right data and tools to make the right decisions. This includes analyzing a lot of different data and making it easily understandable without preceding knowledge of the data.

What is it like working at JABS Group?

Overall, I think that JABS Group is a good workplace. I believe that this is easily expressed through our Core Values. 

As an employee at JABS Group, you can be yourself in any given situation, and there is always room for fun and laughter during the workday. At the same time, everyone also respects when you sit down and concentrate on the issue at hand.

There is also a lot of opportunities to develop. This is one of the things that I find really appealing as I like to focus on expanding and developing my skills and knowledge within my work area.
